Failure to copy data dvd

I have a video program (Magix Movie Edit Pro 11 Plus) that I’ve had for about 2 years. It is getting worn from being reinstalled. I’ve attempted to make a backup at least ?? times with essentially the same results.
When I install using the backup disc, the install completes, except the program needs to see something on the disc that isn’t there.
I’ve used Alcohol, DVDFab with identical results.

When I put in the original disc, the program finishes the install process.

Maybe some advice?

Thanks - Jim
