Failure of CD writing in COMBO drive

I am using Samsung COMBO drive model SM-352B CDRW/DVD. The Drive can read CD and DVD but cannot write. I have upgraded the Firmware and also changed the cable but no change in the status. I hope somebody will be able to help me out. The Nero error message reads as below:

OK! Instead of reading all that a few questions and suggestions!

Burning a CD right?
Try another media!
Check your drives in device manager and your IDE channels!
Make sure you have only one master and the other drive is slave on the same cable/DMA/AUTO!
Update your BIOS and check your BIOS settings!
Update your drivers from your MOBO site and do a custom Windows update!
Try finalize disk!
