You have no drive selected. Please tell us, if other software works fine for you.
Please be a bit patient. A lot of user around the world will help.
EDIT: Some info about your drive also will help. (You must have a DVD-Burner. If there only a CD-Drive, DVDFab will not work…)
I try to select a drive and it will not let me. It just goes back to " Please insert DVD disc or choose DVD folder/image file". On the Clone option it comes up. With the followim message: the dvd on R:(drive name) is a data disc. You can choose “clone” to copy it. But that option does not work.
Welcome to CDF’s:
Can you please post some screen shots for us?
Sorry, I have no idea in the moment. I would try to re-download and re-install to see, if this helps you.
EDIT: Sorry rolling56, you are more familiar with DVDFab and we post at same time…
Does windows recognize the drive when there is a DVD in it and allow you to browse and open the VIDEO_TS folder?
Yes, windows recognizes the dvd.
Please make sure you download DVDFab from http://www.dvdfab.com/download.htm
