Failed Reserve Track

Alright, so I downloaded firmware for ND-6500A, and cracked/upgraded my DVD burner. The destination on DVD Decrypter (my burning program) shows up as the 6500A, so I know the burner’s installed. BUT, when I try to burn an ISO image there’s and I/O Error, and it says Interpretation: Check Condition and Interpretation: Cannot Write Medium - Incompatible Medium. But I’m using DVD-Rs…so shouldn’t it work since the 6500A supports DVD±RW??

Heres the DVD Decrypter info:

Also, the program says thats the problem is a Failed Reserve Track. What does that mean??/How do I fix it?
