FAH and Windows 7

:bigsmile: Is anyone here running the FAH programs on there new Windows 7 platforms?

Just burnt my 32 bit version and started downloading the 64 bit version.

Will be loading in the morning . :slight_smile:
Running smp? :iagree:

Running the GPU client ? :iagree:

My thoughts were that if it runs on Vista it should run on Windows 7
But was wondering if someone has gotten it loaded and wanted to share any insight’s or hints on what to look for.

Well off to bed now have to get up in 4 hours to go to work.

Been real busy but I did get the GPU client up and running no problems

with the uniprocessor client (v6.23) on win7 x64 I had to right click and run it as administrator for it to work. If I try to start it normally it just gets stuck in an endless loop of downloading cores and then being unable to extract them

I did some reading and it seems this is only an issue with UAC enabled, if you disable UAC it should run fine when started normally :slight_smile:
