Error Reading Burned Disks

Recently after I had updated DVDFab Platinum to 2.9.7.3, and now to the beta version of 2.9.7.5 I keep having problems reading my burned media. The program would say that the disk burned successfully, but when I try to read it, the home dvd player will not recognize the disk, or say the disk is dirty, and when I put it in the computer dvd drive, it doesn’t even recognize that a disk is present. There is something definitely burned onto the disk. I have tried deleting and reinstalling DVDFab Platinum. I have checked the registry with Registry Mechanic. I have no other burning programs that may conflict with this program. It has only occurred after the last update. I have included my last burn log if that helps.

I have searched the forums, but not found anything that has matched my problem, usually they have been burning errors, but not reading errors. If there is anyone who can help, I would apprecieate any assistance.

" Writing speed requested x6.0, effective x6.0

Burn in x4 for more secure…

Bad medias, change them! (do’nt take anything about CMC dvds!)
Take verbatim MCC or TDK…

All the disks that I have backed up since I upgraded to 2.9.7.5 have not worked well (most can’t be read in our PS2). I am not sure what version of DVDfab Express that I had to start with, but I got it about a year ago. I am using the same DVDs that I had been using, from the same cakebox. Is it possible that the DVDs that I’m using are not compatible with this newer version? I’m using BeAll 8x +R? I would appreciate any reply.

A good site that explains media and who really makes the media indicating the importance of checking media codes instead of just brand.

Have you tried 2.9.7.6?

Mack

Thank you for the suggestions. I will try the 2.9.7.6, and check out that link.
