Error ==> copying CD

vbimport

#1

Hello… Aloha… Hi… May be my question is childish but I truly hope that someone would lend a helping hand by getting me through the problem…
I’m using Nero 5.5 and LTR-52246S and I’m having problem copying a CD… :a I used Nero’s Copy CD function to try to make a copy of the CD, following the instructions exactly, but when I put the copy in the drive, the process actually started but it didn’t complete and I really can’t figure out what is causing this to happen. Can anyone help me? Thank!

Remove your serial from the log!
(or wait for a moderator of this forum to do that for you…)

You have less than 30 minutes to do so… so be quick! :wink:
Use the “edit post” button at the right lower corner of the post…

Welcome to the forum, BTW. :smiley:

About your problem… still looks like a DMA problem. Check it out…

Download the latest Nero 5.5.10.56 version from the following link:
http://ww2.nero.com/us/Update_Nero_Burning_ROM.html also check for any

firmware updates for the Lite-On recorder and if that does not resolve the issue try switching brands of media from Acer Media Technology, Inc to TDK, Verbatium, Philllips, Fuji or Taiyo Yuden cdr’s.
