Here comes another quick test of some media, this time a UMEDisc BD-R - from Hong Kong. I won't spoil the "surprise", but if you want to know how it fared - find out at my blog. Of course, only time will tell if it lasts.

I have updated my BCA collection accordingly - the direct link to the image is here.
Aside from that, there are no other printed or heat pressed stamps in the clear hub area - and the top surface is a generic white printable with no brandings on the outer edge.

Looks like MicroCenter's Windata brand switched to these from the Philips. I guess it is a bit of a downgrade from what they were.
Has anyone faced the long term reliability issues with these as with the Riteks?
