DVDRohlinge24

Because of this forum hosts the CDRohlinge24 link I woukd like report my last buying:

I bougth a SENTINEL 25 pack DVD+RW offered by CDRohlinge24 in a nice box with brand and Sentinel name all around.

I received a total different plastic container (cackebox) with a little label attached on it reporting SENTINEL +RW.

My first DVD burnings were totally bad and I investigated with DVD identifier and I discovered that I got 25 very bad optodisk (see attachment). I scanned it with Kprobe and the quality was ver poor.

I wrote them sending the DVD identifier report and they answered :

"CDRohlinge24 AG
Maison 50
L - 9990 Weiswampach

Dear Customer,

the discs you have received are “Sentinel” discs. bla bla bla…"

offering to send back the stuff and so on…

PLEASE use your brain !!! Say something was wrong but do no lie.

YOU DID NOT sell me sentinel DVD.

I do no care to sending them back the box asking for money or other DVD disks. I dislike this way of handling customers.

So, people around this nice forum be aware of CDRohlinge24.

May be that I was unlucky and that other people got exactly what they asked for BUT…

just to let you to know…

P.S. people interested in details can ask me the emails documenting the whole story (I do not want bother other people with details…)

I noticed you’re located in Stuttgart, Germany. I’m there once a month, so is it possible to pick up orders at your store?

Sure you can.
But please do an order first and choose the option “self pick up”
And then we will reserve the goods for you.
Please also write in the commentary when u are going to picki up the goods.

many Sentinel-branded disks are made by Optodisk

dont mix brand/manufacturer

If those 2 sites have named themselves like …rohlinge24, how come they are not the same, or at least somehow related?

A quick visit to Babelfish, translates Rohlinge as “blanks”.

In uk website names, there are many unrelated websites with “media” or similar terms in their name.

The 24 is presumably for 24 hours - you’s actually be pretty surprised if a online site wasn’t open all the time for orders, other than downtime - even for national holidays, orders could still be logged.
