Could you let us know what is the country code of the machine (DVDR3330H/17, DVDR3330H/37, etc)

I tried the Philips support page for Ireland but got
no results searching for your model. :confused:

Only two models exists. The DVDR3330H/02 and DVDR3330H/19.
These are European models, but never released in Ireland or UK.
Do you know the origin of your recorder?

I got it brand new in a shop in dublin and know other guys with them. They were widley on sale in dublin Ireland

You should probably contact Philips Consumer Care for Ireland and ask them.
