[qanda]This thread is about the Philips DVDR3545V DVD Recorder/VCR. Click here to see full specs[/qanda]messed up on the first question. when i went into set up on recording i found divx & have no idea what it’s use for.i found where i had to access this site with a code. i’m trying to see what it’s good for, if anything to do with the dvdr-vcr. i would appreciate any information that anyone might have.
Divx is a codec which is used to compress video/audio so that it takes up less space on your media. Your player supports Divx video files, so if space is a concern use this type of compression, if quality is more important to you, then don’t choose it.
“i had to access this site with a code…” Which site do you mean and what “code” did you have to enter?
when i was playing around with the set up. i was going to each function just to see what was there.when i found the divx there was a code that
shown to activate it. the code was 04fiqwwj. any idea what this means?
