DVDFab Questions:

Could someone answer the following questions:

1 - How long can the “Volume Label” be? What is the maximum
amount of characters it will hold?

2 - In changing the “Volume Label”, will it have an impact on
how the DVD will play?

3 - What is “PathPlayer” and/or what is its function?

4 - Exactly what is the “Compression Quality” value and does it
have an impact on the DVD? If it does, how can I get the best
copy-compression quality for the DVD?

Thank in advance for all responses.

Hello my friend

After replying to your last thread I ran accross this one which seems for some reason went un-answered

anyway…

 1. up to 15 characters which you can add more seperatered by _.

 2. The Volume Label will have no impact on playback because it has nothing to do with playback.

3 PathPlayer uses the same technology as a standalone DVD player, which allows DVDFab to follow the structure of the DVD as a standalone DVD player reads the disc.

 1. For the best quality use Double layer media, however if you use single layer do main movie mode and if you want or need to lower the amount of compression that will be needed you can always remove/edit out the credits
