DVDFab Platinum 3.2.1.0 protection tab

Was reading CDrippers thread so I did some checking on the protection tab My results below.

The Private Eyes 1980

I know this Is not CSS protected!

When I untick all the boxes in protection, and restart DVDFab Platinum if you look in the info box it shows this please see below.

Video standard: NTSC

CSS (Content Scramble System) protection is not found.
RC (Region Code) protection is removed!
RCE (Region Code Enhancement) protection is not found.
APS (Analog Protection System) protection is not found.
UOPs (User Operation Prohobitions) protection is not found.
Structure protection (ARccOS, RipGuard, etc.) is removed!
Fake vts protection is not found!
1 potential bad sector protections are removed!

PathPlayer is disabled.

Now lets tick all the boxes and see the results below.

I would say they are almost the same which can’t be.

You are right, Structure Protection removal is always on in current version, we will improve it in future versions.

Is the new Info window supposed to tell you what Structure Protection is on the disc or does it just always say “(ARccOS, RipGuard, etc.)”?

It’s more and more impossible to tell the protection name, since they are more and more similar.
