DVDFab plat 4.0.1.2 DVD to PSP - File not Supported

Hey Smart People -

I have DVDFab Platinum ver 4012, and a psp with firmware version 502 or something like that. I formatted the mem stick using the PSP, and have the video folder i am looking for. When i encode a DVD using the h.264 fw>3.30 settings and a fixed bitrate, it creates the .MP4 i want. good. BUT, when i drop the .MP4 and the thumbnail (renaming it to .THM???) into the VIDEO folder (root), it recognizes that a file is there (can see the info, filesize, etc.), but the file type is not supported (info shows no encoding, resolution, bitrate data). HOW can I get this to work? I am getting on a plane in 4 days and would like some vids (in h.264 mode) on my psp. regular crappy resolution .MP4s work, but why bother?

PLEASE HELP! thanks in advance

I have had this happen to me a few times :frowning: it turned out to be because of the wrong resolution being used in the profile  ,I also had it happen because my system was running a little slow and the system did not finish processing the data before I transfered it to thvideodo folder on the PSP

is there a reason you are using such an out dated version ?
