DVDFab HD Decrypter skips main title

I have a DVD which has 2 main titles. Upon completion of the scan, DVDfab found only Title 1 and a few extras but missed Title 2.

Both CloneDVD2 and DVDShrink found all material on disc.

disc info attachments is below. Can someone figure this out?
Thanks to all in advance.

BTW, this is my first post, Hope I abided by the rules, gave enough information and didn’t screw up too much.:iagree:

What is the name of the DVD, all that is showing is DVD Volume

Hi, thanks for the quick reply. I purposely omitted the title thinking it’s not needed, but, here are 2 links to the movie:
“The Gleaners and I”

OK posting just the title is fine, not sure what or why you posted those links
I’m not in the habbit of clicking on links without knowing the reason for them sorry.

In common settings do you have PathPlayer enabled or disable ?, if you have it set on defualt(enable when necessry) please select “always enable PathPlayer” and see if that works if not then try it with PathPlayer disabled, there are a few issues with PathPlayer

Thanks, StormJumper. Problem solved.

Of the 3 possibilities only the ‘Disable PathPlayer’ worked.
Havn’t encountered this before. Wonder if it’s v5 vs. v4 or just the structure of this DVD is peculiar. At any rate, Thanks again.

Hey yo Joe
The thing I have found with PathPlayer is that even small scratches effect it causeing the very same issue, this is the reason I always have it disabled, unless I have a problem doing a backup.
Glad things worked out for you, have a nice day :flower:

Latest version 5.0.3.0 takes care of the PathPlayer problem.

Using the default ‘Enable…when necessary’ all titles were identified and displayed. Sweet.

posting links to the films can help identify the dvd. the poster may be backing up a disc from a different region, special edition, re-release, might be dvds with same title but different movies. why would you not trust a imdb.com link??
