Maybe the reason no one replied the first time is because you are really not giving enough info to go on :frowning: some members get tired of having to ask question just to help.

Anyway are you getting any error message ?
Which version of DVDFab are you running ?
is it the paid version or the free HD Decrypter ?
what is your operating system ?
if it is Vista is it the home premium version ?
what are you using as the source ?

no error message
dvdfab 6
windows xp pro
free dvdfab 6
older version 5.2.3 works
no error message
dvdfab 6
windows xp pro
free dvdfab 6

Is it the V6005 beta or the final release V6010 ?
and again what are you using as the source ?
also has V6 ever worked ay all for you ?

I’m getting the same problem.

Windows vista home
dvd fab hd free final release V6010
when you click start nothing happens

Let me ask both of you…
Did you both use the 30 day trial ?
and if so did it expire on you ?

yes
yes
before I give a reponse need to wait for sammd70 to reply :frowning:

DVD to DVD expired
DVD to DVD expired
Does it say the same for HD Decrypter ?

no
no
Did you get this problem just as soon as the 30 day trial expired ?

yes

looks like DVDFab will only start in dvd to dvd mode
yes
Well it would seem that it may be a programing error or glitch, not sure how they have the program configured to stop functioning after the trial expires.
but if it is by disabling the start button then this could be a side effect and will need to be correct by Fengtao the author of DVDFab :frowning:

Hopefully he or Ting will see and read this thread

ok, thanks for the help

Didn’t you say it had expired ? but now you are saying it will start

When I start up DVDFab it will only start up in DVD to DVD mode wich has expired, and when you click the start button nothing happens

What happened to DVDFab HD?

i’m getting this too. I had the “DVD to DVD” selected as it was defaulted, but today when i selected it,the Start button wouldn’t work. i closed it and restarted and it said DVD to DVD Expired. it still won’t start. I have 6.0.1.0 though. i hope there will be a patch for this. i usually use Free Decrypter.

Like I stated this is something that Fengtao needs to fix there is nothing any of us can do, once the paid version is installed/activated the access to the free HD Decrypter becomes unavailable, and it appears that the same applies if the trial is used :frowning:
