DVDFAB 4120 Runtime Error

I’m trying to backup one of my dvd’s and I keep getting a Visual C++ Runtime Error messge that says “This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application’s support team for more information”

My system is a Plextor dvd burner
780i EVGA mobo
Intel 6850 CPU
4 gigs of ram
Vista Ultimate 32bit

Can someone help me with this? I dont know anything at all about programming.

What programs do you have running in the background

Hi Storm - thanks for the expedient response.

I have running:

BitTorrent
Outlook 2007
Anapod Explorer (RedChairSoftware.com)
Daemon Tools
FireFox
Sidebar (Vista Tool)
Windows Media Player (Maybe this is the culprit?)
DVDFABCONSOLE.exe
iType (MS Natural KB Program)
GoogleToolBarNotifier

Why don’t you turn off all thoaw programs while using DVDFab,…se how things go

With all those programs closed same problem. I rebooted and shut all those programs again and same problem.

:sad::sad::sad::sad::sad::sad::sad:

It only does it with one dvd title. Weird eh?
