I am getting funny I/O Error on a pressed DL disc which is perfectly readable on Pioneer 107D.
It says this:
CDB: 28 00 00 00 01 47 00 00 20 00
Interpretation: Read (10) - Sectors: 327 - 358
Reason: The parameter is incorrect
Options are Retry and Cancel. On Retry I get the same message and on Cancel I don't get VTS_01 in the list, just 02, 03 and 04.
DVD seems not to be protected by CSS although DVDDecrypter shows Region 2 for the disc. I haven't set default region for the drive yet since it is brand new and I am waiting for the firmware "update". Movie plays in Media Player and Media Player Classic and VOB files can be opened with VirtualDub MPEG2. What I don't understand is what exactly causes this error?
Is it because I haven't set the default region yet, or is it bad disk structure, bug in DVDDecrypter, problem with Intel Aplication Accelerator or a faulty drive?
