DVD X COPY Platinum

Hey

I have LG GSA - H10N DVD Writer and Fuji film DVD + R 4.7 Gb. I am trying to make DVD backup of a movie. If I try to run the burnt DVD on DVD Writer it works fine but if I try to run it on Mintek DVD 1600 player (Connected to the home DVD player) or LG DVD - Rom on the computer it does not recognize the DVD and gives an error of ‘No Disc’. So I tried to burnt the Data DVD with NERO and it works fine on both the Mintek and LG DVD - Rom. I also tried DVD CLONER III and its doing the same problem as DVD X COPY Platinum.

I will appreciate any help.

Yo-

DVD X Copy - is SO old - outta business and not a very good burning program to begin with-

Suggest trying a free trial of AnyDVD and CloneDVD from www.slysoft.com

Should give you favorable results - if not - well it is a free trial of the full functioning software-eh!

Mike

I never had a problem when I had x copy but I always had problems with rescue. It just never worked even though the burn was successful. I second the motion get rid of it there is coupons right now to save on clonecd, anydvd, clonedvd, dvdmobile but if you want you can just get anydvd and clonedvd you’ll never have a failing disc due to the software. If a disc fails 9 times out of 10 it’s a PC problem not the software. Plus a lifetime of free updates???Need I say more?

I third the motion
