DVD-X Audio-Video Sync Problems

I am having a problem with DVD-X. On some DVD’s (Men In Black, Little Nicky, Gladiator, X-Men), The Audio ranges a few seconds ahead of the video, to almost a minute.

I have this problem on both one-pass and two-pass, with the AV sync option on and off, but nothing works.

Any suggestions?

I have had the same problem with Aliens… I use RipItAll and it worked… Have no idea what I did but it worked after a few times tweaking with it…
