i have a laptop with device TSST corp CDDVDW TS - L632 HATA Device. my e drive is not working,
I’m guessing the E: drive is your optical drive? Will it read any commercial CD’s or DVD’s? If you have a bootable disk, try booting it from the optical drive. You may have to enter the bios and change the boot order. Did you make any hardware or software changes recently? Did it ever work?
I have a laptop acer extensa 5220 ( Vista intel Celron) . The e drive was previously worked very well and suddenly stop working after i installed Nero CD writing soft ware. So again i unstalled that and tried but my E drive is stil not functioning. Please do help me to solved this problem
Did you use the special program they have for uninstalling Nero ?
Also you can try going into Device Manager and uninstalling the drive and rebooting and let it grab new drivers.
Are there any error indicators in device manager?
