DvD wont play

Ive got two (2) dvds that will only play on my pc but not on my standalone,
I get an error…“no playback feature”. Is there something I can do to correct this?

Originals or backups? They may not be DVD’s. They may be VCD’s or AVI’s. Post a listing of the files on one of them.

Where those in the Video_TS folder? Or just in the root of the DVD? Standard DVD’s need an Audio_TS and a Video_TS folder. The Audio_TS is usually empty and is there just for compatability, while the Video_TS folder holds the DVD files you listed.
