this is good news, but wich dvd-roms read DVD+RW media i have a tosh SDM-M1612 and it dont read DVD+RW or DVD+R media only my sony DVD RW DRU-500A reads + media? it would be good if we had a list of dvd rom drives that do read + media cheers

Also LiteOn drives read +R format (better than -R from my experience) anyway, +RW format has the same reflectance of a pressed DVD9-Video… so an huge amount of drives can read at least DVD+RW

The LTD-166S (now JLMS) can read all DVD formats, DVD-RAM included (so it can read DVD±R/RW and DVD-RAM Really a good drive! (has only some problems reading Princo DVDs)
