US$0.02 for a blank DVD disk means a lot of money when some cheap DVD+R disks cost under US$0.2 per disk. :slight_smile:

I will stuck with DVD-R. They are cheaper and much more compatibles. Taiyo DVD-R are the best both in price, compatibility and reliability! :d

I think that dvd+r are more compatable now because you can change the booktype to dvd-rom. This is great tho im happy the the prices are going down but it would of been better if dl disk were cheaper.

Ditto. I’ve had a few bad experiences with DVD+R - I’ll stick to universally compatible DVD-R despite multi-format burning on virtually everything now.

DVD-R and DVD+R cost nearly the same. Compatibility and quality are nearly the same between the two as well.
