DVD Rebuilder problems..please help

I am folowing the instructions here http://www.doom9.org/mpg/dvdrb.htm and am burning coasters left and right. The only thing I am doing differnt from the instructions is I am using Nero 6.6.0.6 to burn since I could not find a 5.5 version that would work without serial #. I used the instructions in step 6 here http://club.cdfreaks.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=62671 to burn the VIDEO_TS file created by DVD RB.
The last DVD I just tried to backup was Disk 1 of Harry Potter - The Prisoner of Azkaban. The final VIDEO_TS file is 4497 mb, 7 mb over the allowed 4489 for the DVD? Any clues as to why this would happen? I would paste the status window here for analyzing but I can not find a way to copy the data from the window?

Here is the Status log from Harry Potter. As you will also see the whole process took just under 2 hours from start to finish. Is that normal for this size DVD? I have CCE SP 2.5 trial installed. I ripped with Decrypter and mounted the file for DVD RB.

“One Pass VBR (w/analysis)” mode is enabled. - this mode is not always accurate in final file size if you read RB’s Notes. If you an always guarenteed accurate final size then turn that feature OFF.

As for making coasters, a lot depends on your burner, speed of writting and most importantly the brand of media your using.
