Everyone prefers vinyl.
If only some bright engineers would do something useful and make an analogue laser reader to replace the needles
Analogue systems have a much higher fidelity since nothing is lost.
Digital "sampling" and reconstruction offers a vague approximation of the original at best.
Might also help if most CD player manufacturers made some higher order filters rather than whacking a cheap capacitor in to filter the damn sound
Some brands don't have filtering at all, and just use 2x/4x oversampling. :Z
Mmmm, yummy, high frequency noise (from digital sampling) which destroys speakers and amplifiers
