DVD Menus

What program can i use to 1.edit the title names on dvd’s and 2.add a top menu to a dvd that doesnt have one, and then make a new disc of the same exact video on the original dvd’s but with the new titles and menu’s?

It seems like a simple thing to do, but it’s quite complicated in practice.

Unless the original recording is made in +VR or -VR mode on a +RW/-RW disc using a set-top DVD recorder, then you’ll have to rip the DVD Video content and reauthor a new disc.

A good all-in-one solution is Ulead DVD MovieFactory 5, or you can rip the titles as individual MPEG2 files using DVD Decrypter then import into something like DVD Styler to add new menus. These last two programs are both freeware, but DVDMF-5 is well worth the money, IMO, and has some quite advanced menu creation facilities such as perspective motion menus.
