All this is only a way of the manufacters to earn more cash :r… so why even bother?? you can actually today see movies closely to free, without burning the shit on a DVD…

I could be wrong but what would stop a person from rippng a DVD just to copy it. I’d love to enhance my movie collection with full DVD rips instead of SVCDs which use up 3 cds/movie with none of the DVD added features. :9

Well, what about the new DVD+RW hardware that has been set up by Philips for their new DVD VCR’s… It’s a really good aim at replacing the old VHS VCR’s with some new enhanced DVD-Recordable equipment.
