DVD Lead-Out and Compatibility

Hi,

I have to burn 2000 DVD Disks and i am wandering:

My data is 400 MB and i have to burn them on DVD (dont ask why DVD, i just have to do it). Nero by default will burn 1GB-2GB for compatibility reasons but this is slowing much the burning time.

SO, is it safe if i turn off the MAX Compatibility? Is it better to write it as track-at-once rather disk-at-once?

Is there any other way to save burning time?

Thanks

I have never experienced a problem when burning data DVDs without the compatibility padding, but I can’t say I have done extensive testing.

Nero by default will burn 1GB-2GB for compatibility reasons but this is slowing much the burning time.

That is meant for DVD-VIDEO, not DATA.

Realy??? Are you 1000% Sure?!

1000% is not a valid expression when referring to a probability. What I do know is that Nero’s DVD compatibility mode is for DVD-VIDEO discs that will be played in standalones.

Wow that info ROCKs the Stoneheads! I Hope you right dude thankz!
