DVD Identifier

Hi Guys!

I’ve been scan the dvd+r ricoh 8x disc uisng dvd identifier and below is the results of media code block:

Is there any body here knows what strategies most optimum to be able to write in 2.4x, 4x and 8x? Is there any tool to identify them? If indeed the dvd identifier capable of doing that, how to interpret it by looking the values above?
