[qanda]This thread is about the Samsung YP-P2 (8GB, black). Click here to see full specs[/qanda]Ok folks, I tried to back up two movies from my collection and convert them to my Samsung P2. Yes, I\'m a bit disappointed that this player, which is an ipod killer, isn\'t in the list for devices under the mobile option. So developers, add a conversion for all of us p2 owners. Not everyone owns, or wants to own an ipod.
Anyway, the frame rate on my player is fast at 30fps. I ripped a dvd and the audio was out of sync on the second movie. I ripped the movie as close to the size of my player\'s screen will accommodate. It\'s 480 x 282. The movie used the default of 768 kbps and ripped fine. Then I used emodio to transfer the video to my samsung.
I guess I can try changing the kbps to a lower number. I\'ll also try searching the web for an answer. If anyone knows how to rip a personal movie, add it to their samsung and have it play at the full 30fps with audio in sync let me know.
See what I have to go through to add a movie to my mp3 player guys? Yes, there are plenty of sansa and samsung users that are hoping you\'re listening to us DVD Fab. We love your software but want you to consider us when you\'re creating the next couple of updates.
