DVD Driver Not Installed?

So when I open up 1Click DVD Copy I get a window that says “DVD Driver Not Installed. It may have been uninstalled recently. The program will close now and attempt to re-install the device drivers. If you are using Windows 98 or Window Me, you must restart the computer after installation. If you get this message after restarting the program, contact customer support.” And when the program closes nothing happens. What do I do?

In your Device Manager
Is there a listing for DVD/CD-ROM Drives ?

If so - Is the Drive listed under DVD/CD-ROM Drives ?

If so - Is there a 'Yellow Exclamation Point" in front of the Drive Listing ?
