DVD burning problem....maybe

I have a DVD+R burner on my laptop. I burned a DVD movie, and it plays just fine on my laptop and my DVD player. However I cannot read it on my desktop DVD player/burner (DVD-R burner).

When I use DVD Identifier, I get the following error message. Help me sort this out. Thanks.

ERROR : ADIP Read M1 Failed : Illegal request - Invalid field in CDB [05/24/00]

Here is the entire message…

You will need to post more info when you have a question.

Also googling your error messages will bring up any easy fix.

Here is an example of a solution I found googling the error “Invalid field in CDB” its from slyfox who make “AnyDVD” and “CloneDVD2”.

Hope this helps.

I get an ‘Invalid Field in CDB’ error when burning.

Either the copy process stopped because the writer ran out of data (connection lost to the pc) or the CD you want to copy might contain corrupt subchannel data. We suggest that you leave the field ‘Don’t repair subchannel data’ blank when starting the writing process.
