You can do that but the burning program will take alot of resource and remote connection will drain the computer of needed resource to do its burning job. Also if you loose connection will also cause problems. The process of DVD burning requires alot of computer resources and multitasking is one of the way to create coasters rather then making a good burn. Plus you will need to have two burners or just one burner and one reader with media in it and somehow change it if it needs to be swapped or if the blank media is bad someone has to change it out. It not just about reliablity but your to far away to do much if the burns turns out bad or you have to change the media.
