Try by burning at 8x, instead of max speed of your media…If it still fails try burning with Imgburn…
Hopefully those are verbies!..

im running vista on my computer and this nero is a version from xp/for xp or watev
could that be part of the reason?
cept that it worked before and has only been not working for a few days
i uninstalled nero and am downloading nero 9 now
ill post again if it doesnt work

p.s. wats a verbie?

Hope nero9 works on your vista, sure didn’t with mine. I use DVD43, DVDShrink,CDBurnerXP on my computer but I really think the brand and what is in your computer makes for the best apps to run in a certain type of system.

p.s. wats a verbie?

Sorry, Verbatim discs…The media code, “MCC 03 - RG20” indicates they could be verbies…Are they?..If not, I recommend you get some, and use Imgburn to burn them…But if you must, use Ner0…

yeh they are verbatim discs
are they the best dvds to use?
i think ill just download Imgburner the version of nero i downloaded shitted itself
lol
cheers t0nee1
not sure if this will work, if not ill post again in a few days, im goin camping for the weekend
and cheers ranspo for the advice also
jake

hey
i was able to burn a disc with Imgburn
but wen go into dvd shrink it says 'please install nero to enable burning’
is there anyway i can use dvd shrink without nero?
coz nero is gay
talk to yous soon
jake

Jake_1,

you already posted here: http://club.cdfreaks.com/f34/scsi-command-aborted-error-269707/

If you were “able to burn a disc with Imgburn” why are you using Shrink? As chef stated on your other similar post, Shrink doesn’t have a burn engine…When set up shrink to burn, it utilizes Ner0 externally…Just disable/uncheck it…
File->Preferences->File I/O, and uncheck it…
