Can anyone recommend software for making DVDs?

Let’s say, I wanted to take the recently cancelled ‘Love Monkey’ and put those three aired episodes on a single DVD, with menus, sound, etc.

Something a computer nitwit could use. thanx for any help.

Note:
The trial period is 30 days.
The movie-only and join mode are limited to a total of 2 hours.
Audio Remaster mode is limited to 2 albums of 4 songs each.
