How can I burn the audio track of a DVD to CD-R? Hopefully with Nero?
Assuming you’re starting with .vob files, you’ll need to “demux” them into their separate audio and video streams. You’ll then need to use appropriate software to convert the resulting audio stream (AC3, DTS, etc.) into 44.1 kHz .wav files. You can then use Nero to burn these files to make an audio CD.
If you’re up to the task, check these links out. The first explains demuxing and the tools you’ll need to do it. The second is a link describing the many audio tools available for editing. Read the descriptions and choose the program that you need. Some programs are even setup to do the entire thing for you…

Cool thanx for the help.
From the “tools” list, I recommend the BeLight/BeSweet combo. Easy as pie and great results. Oh, and they’re free.
