The DMCA is absolutely to broad to be a good law - good intent behind it, but the final product is not so good. So that means if anyone finds some kind of back door or bug by means of hacking a program, they are screwed by the DMCA…it seems it might be time for a petition to the US Senate (maybe CD Freaks would like to host this petition?) to modify the DMCA as it is too broad in it current form.
