The Dutch consumer organisation “Consumentenbond” has taken Samsung to court because it argues the update policy of the smartphone manufacturer is insufficient. According to Consumentenbond, Samsung is guilty of unfair trade practices.

Absolutely right. Let’s hope they win and manufacturers learn as lesson.

Great intent but hopeless overall - Samsung is a pretty rude management to deal with. Btw, the only company with 2 CEOs I know of. The lawyers involved will make a bucket full of gold and that’s basically it.

My 5yo Galaxy Young never got any updates!
