Why not just get a full tower case, an Afreey 56x CD-Rom, and the rest 48x LiteON burners? Simple nuff, and a heap cheaper than those things…

Why not just get lie-On 24-x’s , flash em to 40-x and save even more…:4…

why not … ?? … cause these duplication towers use hardware based recorders… not software…at east the ones i know of do … they actually do 1:1 full copies of ANYTHING you give it… they actually had one at Walmart that worked very well… a cdrom and a burner… could run stand alone… or hooked to your pc… around $200

best buy has the single burner $219 … i think thats a deal considering like i said… they are hardware based… and they copy the copy protestion right over to your burnt cd… they are the same thing more or less as those cd burning stations in japan that people were making a big stink about… http://www.bestbuy.com/detail.asp?e=11162538&m=488&cat=511&scat=514#details

Also, c44, I doubt you could get a computer that would be capable of handling 7 cds burning at once, plus the OS, plus lord knows what else…also, you would need one big friggin PSU to run all those :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

cough Dual Plextor 8x SCSI -> 1:1 copies with 2 CDs/8 minutes (8x huh  ) and without CPU utilisation. It is called SCSI, nothing fancy there.

Target has a duplicator for about $220, was $260. The dongle can’t copy anything a computer can’t copy such as WC3. It’s not like they use a pro grade writer for that price.
