Something like this makes me think maybe the lack of vouchers isn’t exactly an accident

Anybody seen a good single-source rundown of the best DTV converters? (I’m wondering if any of them have capabilities such as QAM and digital audio out on the board but disabled or just lacking jacks that could easily be enabled.)

I haven’t seen any converter boxes with those features but I got a couple of Insignia converter boxes that are good.
