I just posted the article DRM on Final Fight results in an apology from Capcom.

Capcom has stepped forward and apologized to customers of the Final Fight: Double Impact Sony PlayStation 3, stating the game studio should have been up front regarding the game’s always-on DRM.

Unfortunately Capcom is a gaming powerhouse, they’ll continue to sell games regardless of the DRM they use, which sucks for consumers. Especially since this particular form heavily restricts the use of the game, which is totally lame.
