Downloading from myself in uTorrent?

Hi.
I am downloading a file from uTorrent. Today while going through the peer list, I suddenly saw the name of my own computer in the peer list. When I resolved the ip, it showed some other ip address. Can you please tell me whether it is something to worry about? I have never experienced this before.

Is it possible somebody else has the exact same computer name as yours?

I don’t think so. The ip address that was shown seems to be based somewhere in Vietnam.

Sounds like you got botnetted and your computer is now one of thousand zombie botnets they use. Time for you to wipe clean your computer and reinstall your O/S. This is what happens when you utorrent and get a infected program from utorrent that makes you into a botnet.
