Do I need to ConvertXtoDVD again?

I converted a movie using ConvertXtoDVD and then tried to burn it to DVD. However, after it supposedly burned it, I got the message that there was a problem with the disk…(faulty disk, dirty disk, scratched, etc.).

I removed it and found it had fingerprints so I cleaned it, then burned again. It burned successfully this time, but all I got was all those vob and bup files when I tried to play it.

My question is this: Do I need to convert it all over again so I don’t get those files on the finished disk?

Thank you for your help.

So, are you saying that it did not play?..If CXD3 did it’s job properly, you’ll get a VIDEO_TS folder along with all the required VOBs, BUPs,and IFOs…
The key word here is required , for proper DVD structure…Unless you don’t need a proper DVD to play on standard DVD player, then disregard and explain in detail…
