DMCA exemptions make it legal to break DRM for repairs and interoperability

The Copyright Office of the United States has added exceptions to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) that will legalize many actions required to repair all kinds of devices. Jailbreaking consoles and DVD/Blu-ray players remains illegal.

You know if you can make it they will break it. All this does is hurt the law abiding citizens and does nothing to stop piracy. They will keep going DMCA stops no pirate.
