My antivirus (Kaspersky) says that the AnyDVDtray application is a Trojan!
Never had this problem with previous versions.

Anyone else had similar issues?

I have this with PC Cillin.
Just go in setup of your anti virus software and let the app to be accepted.

The Kaspersky detection was a false-positive and Kaspersky has admitted it. Update to the latest definitions and the problem should vanish. I’d also advise anyone using Kaspersky to update to the latest version of the software. This is just a common sense thing. Always use the latest version of your AV software with the latest definitions.

For more information go to the Slysoft Forums and check out the thread discussing the issue. Quoted in there is a direct response from Kaspersky saying it’s a false-positive. Since I don’t wish to piss off the powers that be I won’t provide a link. People should be able to figure out where to go.

As for PC-cillin also saying there’s a problem, I advise you to contact Trend-Micro, CDuncle. Send them the file and let them analyze it and they will tweak their definitions to not flag this file since it is definitely a false-positive.
