I just purchased MacX dvd pro.
My second movie transfer was "Terminator 3"
The only audio I get is the director’s commentary.
Doesn’t matter what audio I select.
There’s only one chapter (out of 5) that’s as long as the movie.

I know this is a problem with other converters also as I did a Google search for a solution. Is there one?

Hi allens,
Have you checked your DVD? If it is intact and unencrypted, you can give MacX Video Converter Pro a try. It has 15-day free trial version, which lets you use the full functions of the program for free.
You can download it here: http://www.macxdvd.com/download/macx-video-converter-pro.dmg

Hope it can help you.

I am new to all of this, but I brought winx dvd ripper platinum yesterday because I wanted to put some of my dvds onto a memory stick to play on my tv and projector , having tried most of the options it seems the only one that works is the full title copy dvd mpg. the problem is it takes at least an hour and half - 2 hours to copy . Am I doing something wrong . Like I say I am very new to all of this so nnot much of a clue … Thanks

Hi, Thank you for using WinX DVD Ripper Platinum.

Could you please use “DVD Backup” feature to have a try?
1:1 DVD copy enables you to backup your DVD with original video, audio and subtitles within only a few minutes (the processing time also depends on your CPU, Memory, DVD driver speed, hard drive writing speed, output setting and original DVD).

For some specially encrypted DVDs, please learn more at: https://www.winxdvd.com/dvd-ripper-platinum/backup-new-encrypted-dvd-tutorials.htm

Hope these tips come in handy.
