Disc still an "Illegal Medium"?

I added a BeAll G16001 code to MCSE from Dvd Identifier; set, save, and then flash. Code looks as follow:

After I rebooted, there is no little icon at the lower right that said “new hardware found” like when I flashed an original bin, e.g. 1.08.exe (not just a bin file, come together with flasher). I use Nero 5.5.10.50 and the burner is NEC 1300A. Keep saying “illegal medium.” Thanks for the help.

Thanks for the reply chef. I updated the Nero version to 7.2.0.3, also tried w/ dvd decrypter and dvd skrink. Same result, anything else I can do?
