If you want any help, and there are several people here who can offer help to equal the best tech. help you'd get anywhere else for any other product, but FIRST, you have to be specific about exactly what the problem is, and a little background info wouldn't hurt, either.
Such as: When you bought the program, what version did you download?
What went wrong when you tried to use it? Were there any error messages? If so, which ones?
What operating system are you running? What Service Pack?
If you simply want to complain about how unfairly you are being treated, go ahead.
Just don't expect anyone to jump in and and help.
