just wondering… would trying to burn on or to read cd-rs that are “dirty” or “dusty” cause damage to the cdrw?
dirty and dusty cdrw’s can make your optics in your drive dirty
so do not experiment with it
and this could possibly compromise data integrity when we write/read?
well basically i popped in a CD, not knowing it was really dirty… when i took it out… it actually had CLUMPS of dust on it… just wondering if this is going to damage the writer… thanks.
